Jane Pluff - Corporate Director of Housekeeping & Purchasing
Jane’s career in hotel housekeeping and purchasing spand nearly 15 years and includes individual property operations, multi-unit operations and corporate support. She manages people and controls the largest operating budget in the hotel while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
Jane’s role with IDM began with the development of The Beloit Inn and Jefferson Street Inn, overseeing research and purchasing of the FF&E items as well as installation. She is also responsible for quality assurance evaluations on behalf of IDM, ensuring our standards are being upheld at each property. By having a direct relationship with each executive housekeeper, Jane’s "hands-on" approach allows for quick reaction to any housekeeping need that may arise.
During her career, Jane has had responsibilities encompassing the entire hotel and the need for excelling at planning and organizing. As each new development presents itself, Jane’s involvement begins early with extensive contributions to both schematic design and design development. This ensures a completed project that maximizes guest satisfaction and offers operating efficiencies through design.
