Craig "Nedd" Neddersen, co-founder and president of IDM, is responsible for the operating results of all hotels in the management portfolio along with the recruitment and development of all associates. Under his leadership, the company’s portfolio has grown significantly, with properties exceeding goals in both total revenue and food and beverage revenue.

Nedd has 25-plus years of management and operational experience in the hotel industry. His career is reflective of the "every step" path, as he held positions as a preparation cook in a Utah ski resort, executive chef at a 450-room, Four-Diamond hotel in St. Louis and general manager of a 550-room resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. More recently, Nedd stepped into the area of hotel development with the highly successful Eagle Harbor Inn in Ephraim, Wisconsin. Entrepreneurship followed, including the development of three hotel properties. With his broad "hands-on" experience, Nedd understands the myriad of details involved in the creation of a successful boutique hotel development. Nedd resides in Ephraim with his family. He graduated from St. Olaf College with a degree in psychology and has a passion for skiing.
